Week 4: Summer, Sunshine and a lot of work!

 

Hello everyone! 

Wow! So week 4 of my diet is over and it's still going very well! 
I lost 0,8kg again, which means I lost 4,5kg in 4 weeks :) YAY!
My weight is 70,7kg right now. It would be so great to reach 60-something in the next few days! Wish me luck for this! 



 
Well my week was pretty exhausting and not because of sport, but because of work. There is so much to do lately so that I couldn't go to the gym or swimming this week. *sigh* But it's not that bad, I'm happy there is much to do and even if I couldn't go to the gym, I made a little bike tour for 2 hours last Monday (The weather was soooo good! I love summer! *-*) You can find a few pictures below! :) Oh and I played table tennis with my mum on Tuesday and I walked around a lot yesterday and today! We'll see if there is time for a bit more sport next week. I really hope so! 


I didn't write down what exactly I ate and drank. Wasn't something special tho. Since I reached the planned 4kg a few days ago, I decided it's okay to eat some crisps yesterday when I visited a friend + I ate ice cream with fruits today. The best thing is: I really don't feel bad about that, because I deserved it ;)

New Blog

 

New Blog

Good evening everyone! I hope you had a great sunny weekend!
I did and I'm looking forward to a lot of sunshine and heat next week :) 


You don't have to be shocked about the headline "New Blog". I won't give up on this one and make another one instead, but I wanna change it a bit. I just realized that it is a bit too stressful to post daily, especially when I'm working, being out with friends and doing sports, so literally always ;) 

I decided to post once a week instead- every Sunday probably. I'm not sure what exactly I'll post, but I think it's more interesting and less stressful to publish a few big things about my dieting week instead of boring posts every day!

Btw I was 71,5kg today, so I lost 0,8kg this week and 3,7kg in 3 weeks. It's still more than I actually planned so I'm happy with the result. :)

I hope you're fine with my idea of posting once a week and I'll see you next Sunday again!

Day 18: Better



Better

Hey hey party people!
I'm feeling a bit better today. :) Maybe because I know the next days will be much fun. Tomorrow after work I'll go to a birthday party (Won't drink alcohol this time) and it's Japan Day in Dusseldorf on Saturday! It's always so much fun there! 
 Okay, I'm weighing 71,8kg today. Sounds pretty good, like not so much left until 69, which is like my first goal!

Today I had 2 slices of crisp bread with cooked ham and two nectarines for breakfast.

My Lunch was Nasi Goreng + a nectarine.

And for Dinner I had Chicken with salad :) 



I also went to the gym but only for one hour. I tried Zumba Step. It's much more difficult than the normal Zumba, but it was okay, maybe I'll do it on Sundays, if I don't want to get up as early as I usually do.

Well that was my day!

Day 15-17: Hard times

 

Hard times

Everyone! I know it's been 3 days since my last post, but I was just so tired and lazy and yeah, I'm sorry. :( Not much happened the last few days. I'm weighing 72,2kg at the moment. That means I reached the 3kg in less than 3 weeks, which is pretty cool. But I have to say, I think the "hard" time did start this week. Especially today I'm very hungry and I would love to eat sweets. Instead I ate some sweet fruits, but I'm not happy with that. Also I'm too lazy to go to the gym today. My friends cancled swimming and I'm just too unmotivated to do something else today. *sigh* I hope everything is going to be easier soon, I really wanna go on with my diet, you know. 

Well let's start with what I ate the last few days:

Breakfasts:
Monday: Crisp bread with diet salami and cucumber + 0,2 Liter smoothie
Tuesday: Crisp breat with diet ham + 0,2 liter smoothie
Today: Crisp breat with diet salami + 0,2 liter smoothie
 
Lunches:
Monday: Cutlet with vegetables (mushrooms, asparagus, string beans, carrot balls and peas)
Tuesday: Ravioli
Today: Carrot soup

Dinners: 
Monday: Chicken
Tuesday: Chicken with salad
Today: Chicken and two nectarines (The sweet fruits)

Went to the gym for two courses "Bodystyling" and "Zumba" on Monday.

Day 14: 2 weeks over!


2 weeks over!

Good evening guys!

So I'm on diet for 2 weeks now! And I think it's going on very well! I actually did sports 4 times this week, I didn't eat sweet stuff and didn't drink alcohol or sweet drinks. And I weighed 72,3kg today! That means I lost 1,9kg this week and 2,9kg in two weeks! Isn't that great? I think it is! :)) *proud*
 
Well, I didn't have breakfast today, as usual on weekends, cause I just slept too long! 

My Lunch was:
Cutlet with chips and vegetables 
(mushrooms, asparagus, string beans, carrot balls and peas)

For Dinner I had: 
Scrambled eggs with diet ham and salad

My drinks were: 
2,5 Liter Water 
1,2 Liter Diet Pepsi  
0,2 Liter fennel tea  


And I even went to the gym for two courses:
1 hour muscle training (Stomach, Legs, Butt) and 1 hour Zumba

Oh and just so you know, because I'm not sure, if you can see it on the photos: The blue plates with the flowers are small side plates not big ones! Using them for my Dinner usually.

I'm really proud of myself and I'm really happy, that you're following this blog, cause it really motivates me every day! Thanks for all the lovely comments so far (not only on this blog but also privately!) Would be great to get more comments on this blog tho. I know there ARE people reading this (Blogger has a statistic for that ;))

Day 12 and 13: Success

 

Success

Heeey everybody! As you can see, the last two days were pretty successful! You know I was confused that I didn't lose weight in the first 3 days of the week, but it changed! Yesterday I was 73,3 kg and today it's only 72,9kg! So cool! Wohoo!

I know I said I wanted to design something new for my blog today, but there was absolutely no time for that, I'm sorry. 

So here my food list of yesterday:

Breakfast: 

Two slices of crisp bread with chicken salami

Lunch:
Carrot soup
1 meatball

Dinner:
chicken with mushrooms 

My drinks yesterday:
1 Liter Water 
1,2 Liter Diet Pepsi
0,2 Liter Smoothie (more like part of my breakfast, strawberry flavour)

Food today:

Breakfast: 
Nothing (got up too late for breakfast)

Lunch:
Mango/chicken salad

Dinner:
1 egg
2 slices of cooked ham
cucumber and pepper

Drinks: 
0,5 Liter Water
0,5 Liter Diet Coke
0,5 Liter Diet Pepsi
0,5 Liter Smoothie (Orange,Strawberry, as part of my Lunch)

No activities at all, just walked around the whole day, but no real sport, will go to the gym tomorrow. :)

Day 11: What a day!

 

What a day! 

Nothing could describe this day better!

It was raining the whole day long and it was so cold and I'm a summer child and the rain brought me down. I wasn't in a good mood, although I lost a bit weight finally. I'm 73,8kg now. :)

But I still did everything I planned for today, so that I'm actually proud right now and in a better mood. 

I'll design something new for my blog on Saturday! Hope you'll like it!

Well here we go.

What I ate today:

Breakfast:

2 slices of crisp bread with pineapple cubes
A few strawberries 

Lunch: 
vegetable soup (with rice) 

Dinner: 
Chicken with carrot and cucumber

What I drank today:
3 Liter Water (!!!! I swear I did! OMG!)
0,9 Liter Diet Pepsi
0,2 Liter Orange juice

Wow I actually drank a lot! *proud*

Activities I did:

1 hour and 50 minutes training in the gym. 
Stamina training and muscle training (stomach, legs, back)

I'm a bit proud I did all this stuff although I was like soooo down today. It's bed time for me now! Good night!

Day 9 and 10: I feel good! (dedededededede!)



I feel good! (dedededededede!)

Hey guys! 
Right now I'm in a very good mood! :) 
(Not much to do with my weight tho) 

So this is gonna be a 2-day-post again. Let's start with yesterday.

My weight in the morning was 74,4kg. (What did I wrong? Probably ate my Dinner too late but there was not enough time between work and sport so I had to ate afterwards.) 

What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast:
2 slices of crisp bread with diet ham and cucumbers
1 carrot

Lunch:
1 roll with boiled ham, salad, tomato, egg
1 roll with meatball and coleslaw

Dinner:
chicken breast fillet
salad 

------------------------------------------

What I drank yesterday:


1 liter water
1 liter diet Pepsi
(not sure about the liters sorry)

No activities yesterday. All I did after work was watching the 1st semifinal of Eurovision. ;) 
So let's go on with today! 

I weighed 73,2kg, so I didn't lose weight since Sunday, hope that will change the next days!

2 gherkin sticks
a few strawberries

Lunch:
1 roll with boiled ham, salad, tomato, egg
1 cheese roll

 Activities I did:
SWIMMING! And it felt so good today! :D I swam 1 hour without breaks :)) I was so motivated!

Can't believe it's already day 10 of my diet and I'm still writing this blog and there are actually a few people reading it. Mostly friends, family, my boss (haha ;D) You are allowed to leave comments on my blog btw! (you don't need to register or something :) )

Day 8: Tired but Proud



TIRED BUT PROUD

Good evening everybody! 
I'm so happy to be finally at home. I can't wait to go to sleep, seriously. So this is gonna be short!

I couldn't weigh myself today, but my dad bought a new battery for my scales, so I will tell you tomorrow :)

What I ate today: 

Breakfast:
2 pieces of cucumber
Mini tomatos
2 slices of crisp bread with diet ham  

Lunch:
wholemeal pasta with bolognese/tomato sauce

Dinner:
chicken and salad

What I drank today:
2 liter water
1 liter diet Pepsi 



Activities I did:
I went to the gym for 2 courses again. 1 hour "Bodystyling", 1 hour "Zumba"

Day 6 and 7: One week over!



ONE WEEK OVER!

Hey ho everyone! I was sooo tired and lazy yesterday. I did literally nothing, just sleeping and eating... So here is my post for yesterday and today!

Yesterday morning I weighed 74,1kg :) 



What I ate: 


Breakfast:
2 slices of crisp bread with gherkin and tomatos
1 Kiwi
A few wine grapes

Lunch:
Spaghetti with cheese sauce

Dinner:
Chicken with salad (I know a bit too much but still ;)) 


What I drank: 

1/2 liter water
1,25 liter diet Pepsi

Then there was today. And there was that problem. My scale didn't work properly. I think 74,2kg could be the correct weight. (not sure) but if it is, it's good! Cause then I have lost exactly 1kg in one week! :) If it's going on like this or even better (let's not forget the cocktails I drank this week ;)) it's perfect :) I mean 1kg doesn't sound much but how does 8kg in 2 months sound? Much better! ;D 
My dad told me he would buy a new battery for my scale tomorrow. I think that was the problem. 

What I ate: 

Breakfast:
1 apple
1 kiwi
2 slices of crisp bread

Lunch:
wholemeal pasta with bolognese/tomato sauce

Dinner:
Nothing (Somehow I was to busy hmm)


What I drank: 
1 liter water
2 liter diet Pepsi (I know I drink too much of this s**t when I'm at home *sigh*) 

Activities I did:
I went to the gym and took part in two courses: 1 hour Muscle training (legs, stomach, butt) and 1 hour Zumba. :)

So I did sports 3 times this week. Will try 4 times next week! (like I actually planned)

Day 5: Just keep swimming!

Good evening everybody!
Today was not really interesting. Work and swimming and watching TV, that's it. 

Well, today I'm weighing 74.3kg. 

What I ate: 

Breakfast:

2 slices of crisp bread with gherkin and tomatos
1 Kiwi

Lunch:
Spaghetti with cheese sauce 

Dinner: 
Asparagus Soup

What I drank: 
1 liter water
1,5 liter diet Pepsi

Activitys I did:
Swimming (Without breaks maybe 35 minutes, we were a bit late and didn't have much time) 

So that was my fifth dieting day! 
Sorry it's a bit short!

Day 3 and 4: PARTY!


PARTY!

Like I promised on Tuesday, here is my post for the days 3 and 4! The party last night was just awesome! We had so much fun and yes I drank way too much ;)

But I'm not here to tell you about the party, I'm here to tell you about what I ate and drank. :)

Yesterday morning my weight was actually 73,3kg! (Wow!) My first success after just two days! Today it was 74,1kg. It's more cause I drank too many cocktails but still less than two days ago!

Breakfast:
2 slices of crisp bread
2 gherkin sticks  
1 kiwi 

Lunch:
1 courgette filled with rice and meat
A few wine grapes

Dinner: 
2 small chicken steaks
coleslaw

At the party I shared a few potato wedges with my friend.

What I drank yesterday:
1,25 liter water
1,25 liter diet Pepsi
A few cocktails (not sure how many and which ones, sorry! ;))

What I ate today:

Breakfast:
nothing (Was out until 5:30am and woke up too late to have breakfast ;))

Lunch: 
1 courgette filled with rice and meat
A few wine grapes

Dinner: 
broccoli soup

What I drank today:

1 liter diet Pepsi
1 liter water
0,3 liter camomile tea
-----------------------------

Didn't do any sport on these days, 
but will definitely go swimming tomorrow!

EDIT: 
Oh and there is something I forgot to say! I read a comment about my blog which said something like: "You eat too much for a real diet." Some people (...) seem not to know what a healthy diet is. Dieting is about losing weight (and I do lose weight) + I eat enough to stay healthy! If you have no idea of anything, better say nothing at all. GO ME!

Day 2: It's not so hard!


It's not so hard!

After two days of dieting I can say, it's not as hard as I thought! I think I can go on like this for a while! :) 

Today wasn't as exciting as yesterday. I didn't go to the gym, that's why I'm posting so early. Will probably go on Thursday and Sunday and swimming on Friday :D. So let's start with the daily facts:

Weight today in the morning: 75,3kg (Feeling bad about this, that's probably the reason why people say you shouldn't weigh yourself every day but once a week hmm...But I'm way too curious! :D )


What I ate today:

Breakfast: 
2 slices of crisp bread
2 gherkin sticks  
1 kiwi 

Lunch:
fried potatoes
1 small pork steak
mixed vegetables 

Dinner:
2 small turkey skewers
coleslaw

What I drank today: 

1,2 liter Diet Pepsi
1,5 liter Water
(Not as much as yesterday, because I didn't do sport)

There is one thing left to say. I'll probably not dieting tomorrow cause we're celebrating my cousins birthday tomorrow night! With cocktails and everything. I'll write the posts for tomorrow and the day after tomorrow on Thursday!

Day 1: Let's go!


Let's go!

Hey hey everyone! 

My first diet day is almost over! All I can say is: I'm sooo tired but I'm feeling very well! 

Let's start with two pictures I took today in the morning. The "Before Pictures" actually. I'm really excited how much I'll change in the next few months. :) (Sorry no bikini pics, haha!)

Well, the first thing I did today was weighing myself and I was right when I said  75kg! Ok, ok, it's 75,2kg but who cares? ;)

What I ate today: 

Breakfast:  
1 slice of bread with diet ham and 1 Apple. 

Lunch: 
Tortellinis and 1 piece of an Apple

Dinner: 
1 mixed salad and 2 small turkey skewers

What I drank today:
  • 0,9 liter Diet Pepsi (I need that to wake up, because I hate coffee!) 
  • 2,5 liter Water

I think that's perfectly okay, not too much, not too little. What do you think?

And today was the first of 4 Sport-Days this week! I went to the gym and visited two courses: 1 hour "Bodystyling", 1 hour "Zumba" It was pretty exhausting but fun! :)

Day 0: About me and my blog


ABOUT ME

Hello everyone! 

My name is Kazu, I'm 25 years "young" and 
I'm a German girl. 

I want to motivate myself, that's the main reason why I'm writing this blog. 
If I know that people could read this, I will probably not give up so easily. At least I hope so! (And yes I'm pretty sure there is nobody out there reading this but still!). 
   
   Well, I want to tell you why I decided to lose weight. I'm only 160cm short 
   but weigh about 75 kg. I actually was on diet like 1,5 years ago and lost 
   almost 15 kg back then (in only 3 months). But when Christmas came I 
   started to eat way too much chocolate and yes that was it. ;) And I think 
   it's okay I broke up with that diet because I didn't do enough sport, so my 
   body wasn't really "beautiful" although I lost a lot of fat, if you know what
   I mean... Also I ate too little, not enough vitamins, actually. It even caused
   loss of hair and I always felt really weak.       

   Now I want to make it better, healthier. I want to eat 3 times a day and not
   too little but not too much either. I will eat sweets, but not often, only if I 
   really really want to. I'll only drink alcoholic drinks at parties (what means 
   one night in 3 months or something...) I won't eat many calories and  
   carbohydrates. Instead I will drink a lot (sugarfree) drinks and will go to the
   gym and swimming regularly, about 4 times a week. 

   What you'll find in this blog are daily posts about what I ate, how much I 
   weigh and what kind of activity I did and how long. I'll also add pictures 
   to make it a bit more "exciting" ;) If there is actually someone who reads 
   this blog, feel free to leave comments. Maybe tips or motivating words
   or maybe you want to diet too so we can share experiences! 

   Whatever, there is nothing left to say for today. I can't wait to start the 
   whole diet thingy and right now I'm sure, I can do it!
