Day 2: It's not so hard!


It's not so hard!

After two days of dieting I can say, it's not as hard as I thought! I think I can go on like this for a while! :) 

Today wasn't as exciting as yesterday. I didn't go to the gym, that's why I'm posting so early. Will probably go on Thursday and Sunday and swimming on Friday :D. So let's start with the daily facts:

Weight today in the morning: 75,3kg (Feeling bad about this, that's probably the reason why people say you shouldn't weigh yourself every day but once a week hmm...But I'm way too curious! :D )


What I ate today:

Breakfast: 
2 slices of crisp bread
2 gherkin sticks  
1 kiwi 

Lunch:
fried potatoes
1 small pork steak
mixed vegetables 

Dinner:
2 small turkey skewers
coleslaw

What I drank today: 

1,2 liter Diet Pepsi
1,5 liter Water
(Not as much as yesterday, because I didn't do sport)

There is one thing left to say. I'll probably not dieting tomorrow cause we're celebrating my cousins birthday tomorrow night! With cocktails and everything. I'll write the posts for tomorrow and the day after tomorrow on Thursday!

Day 1: Let's go!


Let's go!

Hey hey everyone! 

My first diet day is almost over! All I can say is: I'm sooo tired but I'm feeling very well! 

Let's start with two pictures I took today in the morning. The "Before Pictures" actually. I'm really excited how much I'll change in the next few months. :) (Sorry no bikini pics, haha!)

Well, the first thing I did today was weighing myself and I was right when I said  75kg! Ok, ok, it's 75,2kg but who cares? ;)

What I ate today: 

Breakfast:  
1 slice of bread with diet ham and 1 Apple. 

Lunch: 
Tortellinis and 1 piece of an Apple

Dinner: 
1 mixed salad and 2 small turkey skewers

What I drank today:
  • 0,9 liter Diet Pepsi (I need that to wake up, because I hate coffee!) 
  • 2,5 liter Water

I think that's perfectly okay, not too much, not too little. What do you think?

And today was the first of 4 Sport-Days this week! I went to the gym and visited two courses: 1 hour "Bodystyling", 1 hour "Zumba" It was pretty exhausting but fun! :)

Day 0: About me and my blog


ABOUT ME

Hello everyone! 

My name is Kazu, I'm 25 years "young" and 
I'm a German girl. 

I want to motivate myself, that's the main reason why I'm writing this blog. 
If I know that people could read this, I will probably not give up so easily. At least I hope so! (And yes I'm pretty sure there is nobody out there reading this but still!). 
   
   Well, I want to tell you why I decided to lose weight. I'm only 160cm short 
   but weigh about 75 kg. I actually was on diet like 1,5 years ago and lost 
   almost 15 kg back then (in only 3 months). But when Christmas came I 
   started to eat way too much chocolate and yes that was it. ;) And I think 
   it's okay I broke up with that diet because I didn't do enough sport, so my 
   body wasn't really "beautiful" although I lost a lot of fat, if you know what
   I mean... Also I ate too little, not enough vitamins, actually. It even caused
   loss of hair and I always felt really weak.       

   Now I want to make it better, healthier. I want to eat 3 times a day and not
   too little but not too much either. I will eat sweets, but not often, only if I 
   really really want to. I'll only drink alcoholic drinks at parties (what means 
   one night in 3 months or something...) I won't eat many calories and  
   carbohydrates. Instead I will drink a lot (sugarfree) drinks and will go to the
   gym and swimming regularly, about 4 times a week. 

   What you'll find in this blog are daily posts about what I ate, how much I 
   weigh and what kind of activity I did and how long. I'll also add pictures 
   to make it a bit more "exciting" ;) If there is actually someone who reads 
   this blog, feel free to leave comments. Maybe tips or motivating words
   or maybe you want to diet too so we can share experiences! 

   Whatever, there is nothing left to say for today. I can't wait to start the 
   whole diet thingy and right now I'm sure, I can do it!
