Day 5: Just keep swimming!





Just keep swimming!

Good evening everybody!
Today was not really interesting. Work and swimming and watching TV, that's it. 

Well, today I'm weighing 74.3kg. 

What I ate: 

Breakfast:

2 slices of crisp bread with gherkin and tomatos
1 Kiwi

Lunch:
Spaghetti with cheese sauce 

Dinner: 
Asparagus Soup

What I drank: 
1 liter water
1,5 liter diet Pepsi

------------------------------------

Activitys I did:
Swimming (Without breaks maybe 35 minutes, we were a bit late and didn't have much time) 

So that was my fifth dieting day! 
Sorry it's a bit short!
