Week 4: Summer, Sunshine and a lot of work!

 

Hello everyone! 

Wow! So week 4 of my diet is over and it's still going very well! 
I lost 0,8kg again, which means I lost 4,5kg in 4 weeks :) YAY!
My weight is 70,7kg right now. It would be so great to reach 60-something in the next few days! Wish me luck for this! 



 
Well my week was pretty exhausting and not because of sport, but because of work. There is so much to do lately so that I couldn't go to the gym or swimming this week. *sigh* But it's not that bad, I'm happy there is much to do and even if I couldn't go to the gym, I made a little bike tour for 2 hours last Monday (The weather was soooo good! I love summer! *-*) You can find a few pictures below! :) Oh and I played table tennis with my mum on Tuesday and I walked around a lot yesterday and today! We'll see if there is time for a bit more sport next week. I really hope so! 


I didn't write down what exactly I ate and drank. Wasn't something special tho. Since I reached the planned 4kg a few days ago, I decided it's okay to eat some crisps yesterday when I visited a friend + I ate ice cream with fruits today. The best thing is: I really don't feel bad about that, because I deserved it ;)

New Blog

 

New Blog

Good evening everyone! I hope you had a great sunny weekend!
I did and I'm looking forward to a lot of sunshine and heat next week :) 


You don't have to be shocked about the headline "New Blog". I won't give up on this one and make another one instead, but I wanna change it a bit. I just realized that it is a bit too stressful to post daily, especially when I'm working, being out with friends and doing sports, so literally always ;) 

I decided to post once a week instead- every Sunday probably. I'm not sure what exactly I'll post, but I think it's more interesting and less stressful to publish a few big things about my dieting week instead of boring posts every day!

Btw I was 71,5kg today, so I lost 0,8kg this week and 3,7kg in 3 weeks. It's still more than I actually planned so I'm happy with the result. :)

I hope you're fine with my idea of posting once a week and I'll see you next Sunday again!

Day 18: Better



Better

Hey hey party people!
I'm feeling a bit better today. :) Maybe because I know the next days will be much fun. Tomorrow after work I'll go to a birthday party (Won't drink alcohol this time) and it's Japan Day in Dusseldorf on Saturday! It's always so much fun there! 
 Okay, I'm weighing 71,8kg today. Sounds pretty good, like not so much left until 69, which is like my first goal!

Today I had 2 slices of crisp bread with cooked ham and two nectarines for breakfast.

My Lunch was Nasi Goreng + a nectarine.

And for Dinner I had Chicken with salad :) 



I also went to the gym but only for one hour. I tried Zumba Step. It's much more difficult than the normal Zumba, but it was okay, maybe I'll do it on Sundays, if I don't want to get up as early as I usually do.

Well that was my day!

Day 15-17: Hard times

 

Hard times

Everyone! I know it's been 3 days since my last post, but I was just so tired and lazy and yeah, I'm sorry. :( Not much happened the last few days. I'm weighing 72,2kg at the moment. That means I reached the 3kg in less than 3 weeks, which is pretty cool. But I have to say, I think the "hard" time did start this week. Especially today I'm very hungry and I would love to eat sweets. Instead I ate some sweet fruits, but I'm not happy with that. Also I'm too lazy to go to the gym today. My friends cancled swimming and I'm just too unmotivated to do something else today. *sigh* I hope everything is going to be easier soon, I really wanna go on with my diet, you know. 

Well let's start with what I ate the last few days:

Breakfasts:
Monday: Crisp bread with diet salami and cucumber + 0,2 Liter smoothie
Tuesday: Crisp breat with diet ham + 0,2 liter smoothie
Today: Crisp breat with diet salami + 0,2 liter smoothie
 
Lunches:
Monday: Cutlet with vegetables (mushrooms, asparagus, string beans, carrot balls and peas)
Tuesday: Ravioli
Today: Carrot soup

Dinners: 
Monday: Chicken
Tuesday: Chicken with salad
Today: Chicken and two nectarines (The sweet fruits)

Activities:
Went to the gym for two courses "Bodystyling" and "Zumba" on Monday.

Day 14: 2 weeks over!


2 weeks over!

Good evening guys!

So I'm on diet for 2 weeks now! And I think it's going on very well! I actually did sports 4 times this week, I didn't eat sweet stuff and didn't drink alcohol or sweet drinks. And I weighed 72,3kg today! That means I lost 1,9kg this week and 2,9kg in two weeks! Isn't that great? I think it is! :)) *proud*
 
Well, I didn't have breakfast today, as usual on weekends, cause I just slept too long! 

My Lunch was:
Cutlet with chips and vegetables 
(mushrooms, asparagus, string beans, carrot balls and peas)

For Dinner I had: 
Scrambled eggs with diet ham and salad

My drinks were: 
2,5 Liter Water 
1,2 Liter Diet Pepsi  
0,2 Liter fennel tea  


And I even went to the gym for two courses:
1 hour muscle training (Stomach, Legs, Butt) and 1 hour Zumba

Oh and just so you know, because I'm not sure, if you can see it on the photos: The blue plates with the flowers are small side plates not big ones! Using them for my Dinner usually.

I'm really proud of myself and I'm really happy, that you're following this blog, cause it really motivates me every day! Thanks for all the lovely comments so far (not only on this blog but also privately!) Would be great to get more comments on this blog tho. I know there ARE people reading this (Blogger has a statistic for that ;))

Seriously, I'm so excited about next week!

Day 12 and 13: Success

 

Success

Heeey everybody! As you can see, the last two days were pretty successful! You know I was confused that I didn't lose weight in the first 3 days of the week, but it changed! Yesterday I was 73,3 kg and today it's only 72,9kg! So cool! Wohoo!

I know I said I wanted to design something new for my blog today, but there was absolutely no time for that, I'm sorry. 

So here my food list of yesterday:

Breakfast: 

Two slices of crisp bread with chicken salami

Lunch:
Carrot soup
1 meatball

Dinner:
chicken with mushrooms 

My drinks yesterday:
1 Liter Water 
1,2 Liter Diet Pepsi
0,2 Liter Smoothie (more like part of my breakfast, strawberry flavour)

Food today:

Breakfast: 
Nothing (got up too late for breakfast)

Lunch:
Mango/chicken salad

Dinner:
1 egg
2 slices of cooked ham
cucumber and pepper

Drinks: 
0,5 Liter Water
0,5 Liter Diet Coke
0,5 Liter Diet Pepsi
0,5 Liter Smoothie (Orange,Strawberry, as part of my Lunch)

No activities at all, just walked around the whole day, but no real sport, will go to the gym tomorrow. :)

Day 11: What a day!

 

What a day! 

Nothing could describe this day better!

It was raining the whole day long and it was so cold and I'm a summer child and the rain brought me down. I wasn't in a good mood, although I lost a bit weight finally. I'm 73,8kg now. :)

But I still did everything I planned for today, so that I'm actually proud right now and in a better mood. 

I'll design something new for my blog on Saturday! Hope you'll like it!

Well here we go.

What I ate today:

Breakfast:

2 slices of crisp bread with pineapple cubes
A few strawberries 

Lunch: 
vegetable soup (with rice) 

Dinner: 
Chicken with carrot and cucumber

What I drank today:
3 Liter Water (!!!! I swear I did! OMG!)
0,9 Liter Diet Pepsi
0,2 Liter Orange juice

Wow I actually drank a lot! *proud*

Activities I did:

1 hour and 50 minutes training in the gym. 
Stamina training and muscle training (stomach, legs, back)

I'm a bit proud I did all this stuff although I was like soooo down today. It's bed time for me now! Good night!
